I am a certified teacher presently working as a full-time Physical Education teacher. I have been married for almost twenty years, and reside in a suburb of Chicago. I am the mother of two sons ages sixteen and twelve. My husband and I play active roles in their lives. I am a member of the P.T.O., and volunteer for various school functions and committees. I have been every mom imaginable from Team Mom, to Room Mom, to even Den Mom. My husband volunteers as a coach for many of the sports teams our boys are involved with. My sons are not only active in athletics, but they are also involved with many school and community activities. This makes for a very hectic lifestyle throughout the whole year for the entire family. Keeping our family's busy schedule organized would be impossible for me without The Family Planner.
I began using a daily planner over fifteen years ago, however, I was never quite satisfied with the design. While talking with other parents, I learned that they too were searching for a good tool to keep all the family activities scheduled in an easy to use format. This prompted me to create a planner that had all the features needed to keep the busy family organized. With help from my husband, many hours of work, and countless days of research, The Family Planner was developed.
